Zach started as a professional athlete in 3 different sports; during this time, he got his entrepreneurial start. He demonstrated an exceptional knack for identifying potential, acquiring, and then successfully flipping half a dozen businesses before the age of 30. This knack was not just limited to personal ventures; it extended into building a company from the ground up to an impressive $30 million in revenue in just over a year.
Zach's business acumen was further showcased through his ventures into corporate leadership and sales consulting, where he worked with giants like HP, Salesforce, Tamko, and Farmers Insurance, among others. His experience with these diverse companies honed his ability to navigate and uplift small businesses and leaders alike.
The formation of Summit Chasers Network, in partnership with Audrina, was a natural progression of Zach's career and passions. Audrina's journey from the dynamic world of Professional Ballroom and Latin American dancing to a pivotal role in the corporate sphere epitomizes a blend of passion, versatility, and leadership. Her transition into the corporate space saw her ascend to the role of VP of Business Operations for a $100M award-winning performance marketing company. In this capacity, Audrina was instrumental in spearheading operational efficiency and excellence across 13 teams, a testament to her strategic acumen and commitment to excellence.
However, it was her ability to nurture and develop talent, guiding individuals to not only meet but surpass their career aspirations, that ignited her true passion. This passion became the cornerstone of her vision for Summit Chasers Network, co-founded with Zach. Together, they envisioned an approach that transcends traditional business boundaries, dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs to overcome any obstacle and build legacy-driven businesses. She is obsessed with the business of business and her favorite puzzles are determining how to activate talent to achieve measurable business objectives and key results.
She has deep business acumen in revenue and consumer product organizations which make her uniquely effective in coaching leaders and management teams through strategic change management initiatives including hyper growth periods, market expansions, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures.
Chrissy is a proud supporter of Veteran and First Responder communities and advocates for initiatives focused on destigmatizing mental health support, and building inclusive and engaging workplaces for our real - life heroes.
Throughout her professional history, she has established deep relationships across the HR and Tech industries, which has afforded her the ability to create the strategic partnerships capable of shaping the future of work.
